Canary is a technology company working on one of the least glamorous, highest value problems in heavy industry: the gap between what equipment contracts promise and what operators actually get. Closing it means building serious software, from document extraction and asset modelling through to fault diagnosis, for people who fix machines rather than fiddle with dashboards.
We are a small team, so you would work directly with the founders and directly with operators. Shipping something a maintenance manager uses on Monday beats a perfect plan for next quarter. We care about evidence over opinion, curiosity about how operations really run, and the kind of ownership where you see a problem and it becomes yours.
